Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Upgrade Fast Track

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Upgrade Fast Track programme provides a thorough understanding of the key tools and techniques required to deliver Lean Six Sigma projects. This course differs from the standard Black Belt Upgrade programme as it has less practical exercises and time to work on individual projects and is therefore recommended for those delegates with a requirement to complete the course quickly.

 

 

 

Training

The training combines presentation as well as minimal practical exercises. We recommend that delegates have a project in mind before they attend the course as time will be set aside to work on individual projects within the training.
