What is Lean Six Sigma?
Lean provides a strategy for maximising customer value whilst minimising waste. Six Sigma provides a strategy for improving process capability by reducing product and process variation. This DFSS methodology is used when a new process, product or service is needed, or when an existing process, product or service requires such significant change that an improvement process is inadequate.
