Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt programme provides a thorough understanding of the key tools and techniques required to deliver Lean Six Sigma projects.
Training
The training combines presentation as well as practical exercises. We recommend that delegates have a project in mind before they attend the course as time will be set aside to work on individual projects within the training.
