There are three levels to Lean Six Sigma, Yellow Belt, Green Belt and Black Belt, as well as Master Black Belt. The overarching goal of Lean Six Sigma is to promote business and operational excellence.
Commenting on the success of his client Mike said: “Reaching the level of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt illustrates a high level of managerial excellence, so I am delighted for my client and that she is now able to train and coach people up to Black Belt level.”
Lynsey Bartlam, Managing Director and Master Black Belt at eStudious commented: “Achieving Black Belt status confirms that you have a breadth of experience and demonstrates your ability to train and coach people to streamline processes and improve quality through utilising the Lean Six Sigma methodology.”
eStudious Ltd is running a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training Course in Birmingham which will empower delegates to apply Lean Six Sigma to make a real business cost saving of £40,000.
